How can I pay money?

Check the bank account information below and make the transfer.
Make sure that the account below is the only account we are using for our service.

Process

Send money
Transfer money within the payment due date stated in the Invoice. Please write the Invoice No. at the wire transfer memo so we can verify your payment quickly.
Upload Receipt
Upload the bank receipt at “My Order” page. Or you can send it to our staff so we can upload it to our system.
Payment Received
Once Autowini receives your payment, the vehicle’s status will be updated to “Payment Received”
Make Sure to Keep the Due Date.
If the payment is not made within the due date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and the vehicle may no longer be available.
!Be Careful of Fake Invoice.
If the account information is different from the above, DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY. Please report to bis@autowini.com.

FAQ (frequently asked questions)

  • Q. Can I add some more vehicles after payment?

    Yes. You can add more vehicles after the payment. You can discuss it with our staff. We will guide you on how much should be added and send you invoice of the extra charge.

  • Q. Can I split the payment?

    No. The full amount of the invoice must be paid at one. We do not accept partial payment.

  • Q. Can I pay via credit card or other method?

    No. We only accept direct transfer to our bank account(T/T). TransferWise is also acceptable when you put our bank account information. But any other payment methods such as Credit Card and Paypal is not accepted.

  • Q. Can I cancel the booking after payment?

    No. You cannot cancel the booking after finishing the payment. Even if, when you want to cancel, we cancel your booking and refund the money with deduction of penalty.(50% of the FOB value, the minimum amount USD 1000)

  • Q. What if Autowini cannot receive my money even though I finish T/T?

    In Most case, it is because the money is hold in your bank. Find out the reason and ask your bank to remit fast. Misspelling of account’s name or number can cause the trouble. Or your bank might hold your money for their own reasons. We are not responsible for the item being sold out due to this kind of delaying receipt.
